About the Job :

We are a proprietary trading firm building cutting-edge algorithmic trading strategies across asset classes. We are looking for a Tech Developer with experience or strong interest in designing and coding profitable trading strategies. Compensation will be much higher than market norms for the right candidate.

Responsibilities :

- Design, code, and optimize algorithmic trading strategies

- Backtest ideas using historical data and deploy live strategies

- Work with real-time market feeds, low-latency execution, and broker APIs

- Collaborate with traders to translate trading logic into scalable code

- Continuously improve system performance and risk controls

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in algorithmic trading / quant development / fintech

- Strong coding skills in Python, C++, Java, or Rust

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and optimization

- Familiarity with financial markets, derivatives, and trading systems

- Experience with backtesting frameworks and APIs

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of NSE/BSE APIs, FIX protocol, or broker integrations

- Exposure to machine learning applications in trading

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
