Role Overview :

We are seeking a high-caliber MERN Stack Engineer to join our product engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and scaling robust web applications that serve thousands of daily active users.

You will work in close collaboration with product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into seamless digital experiences. Your contributions will directly influence our platform's performance and scalability, ensuring that our customers receive a fast, reliable, and intuitive interface that keeps them engaged.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain high-performance, responsive front-end components using React.js to ensure a superior user experience across all devices.

- Develop secure, scalable server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js to facilitate efficient data exchange between the client and server.

- Design and optimize complex database schemas in MongoDB to ensure data integrity and high-speed retrieval for mission-critical features.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and improving overall system reliability.

- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to uphold high engineering standards and promote knowledge sharing within the development team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications using the MERN stack, with a strong grasp of asynchronous programming and state management.

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and design patterns.
