Role Overview :

As a MERN Developer at LdotR, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and maintenance of high-traffic web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional product and design teams to translate complex requirements into clean, maintainable code. Your daily contributions will directly influence the scalability and performance of our platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for our end users while maintaining the integrity of our backend architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js to support high-concurrency applications.

- Design and optimize MongoDB schemas to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage for complex business modules.

- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces by leveraging Next.js and TypeScript to enhance user engagement.

- Integrate RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between frontend services and backend databases.

- Manage containerized deployments using Docker to ensure consistency across development, staging, and production environments.

- Streamline the software development lifecycle by configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to accelerate feature delivery.

- Collaborate with engineering teams via GitHub and Bitbucket to maintain high code quality through rigorous peer reviews and version control best practices.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in building full-stack applications using the MERN stack with a strong emphasis on clean, modular JavaScript code.

- Proven ability to write type-safe code using TypeScript to reduce runtime errors and improve maintainability in large-scale projects.

- Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration workflows to manage application environments effectively.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies and version control workflows using GitHub or Bitbucket to support agile development cycles.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative, office-based environment in Noida.

- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development, backed by a solid foundation in computer science principles.
