Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement complex RTL designs for high-performance subsystems to ensure optimal power, performance, and area (PPA) metrics.
- Lead the verification strategy for large-scale designs, ensuring comprehensive functional coverage and high-quality tape-outs for our clients.
- Drive the integration of high-speed protocols such as PCIe and Ethernet to meet stringent throughput and
latency requirements.
- Collaborate with system architects to define and refine Arm-based SoC architectures, ensuring seamless hardware-software integration.
- Establish best-in-class design and verification methodologies to improve team productivity and reduce time-to-market for complex silicon projects.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated mastery in Logic Design and RTL development, with a proven track record of delivering complex digital blocks from specification to silicon.
- Deep technical proficiency in high-speed interface standards, specifically PCIe and Ethernet, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Extensive experience working with Arm Architecture, including a strong understanding of AMBA protocols and cache coherency mechanisms.
- Proven ability to design and execute advanced verification environments, utilizing modern methodologies to ensure the integrity of complex subsystems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and lead high-performing engineering teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Bangalore, demonstrating adaptability to evolving project requirements and technical challenges.
