Our Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally.

Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and Technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.

We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Developer with strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related cloud technologies with a deep understanding of full stack development to join our Digital Technology team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade web applications that enhance our content management and digital asset management capabilities.

You will design and build re-usable components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture.

You will work closely with front-end and back-end teams to create scalable, high-performance solutions for digital experiences.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient AEM-based web applications.


- Develop custom components, templates, workflows, and services within the AEM framework.


- Integrate AEM with API endpoints and back-end services.


- Implement full stack solutions including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks.


- Optimize site structure, metadata, and content for search engine indexing and performance.


- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product owners, and other developers to translate business needs into functional applications.


- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and performance tuning efforts.


- Develop automated unit and integration tests.


- Stay up to date with the latest trends in Content Management Systems, Search Technologies, and Java-based frameworks.

Required Knowledge and Experience :


- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.


- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).


- AEM certification required.


- Strong experience with Content Management, Digital Asset Management and Search functionalities (Coveo familiarity a plus).


- Solid understanding of REST APIs, web services and Adobe Cloud architecture.


- Hands-on experience on integration of external API endpoints.


- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker, and containerized AEM environments.


- Familiarity with front end technologies like HTML, CSS, JS/jQuery.


- Experience in Full Stack Java development, including front-end (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).


- Experience with AEM development tools.


- Familiarity with CICD tools, Git and modern software development practices.


- Adobe AEM Developer certification preferred.
