Role Overview :

As a Senior Technical Lead for the MERN stack, you will serve as the primary technical architect and team mentor, driving the end-to-end delivery of complex web applications.

You will operate at the nexus of engineering and business, translating high-level client requirements into scalable system designs while guiding a team of developers through the full software development lifecycle.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that our technical output aligns with client expectations, requiring a balance of deep hands-on coding expertise, strategic pre-sales involvement, and proactive stakeholder management to ensure project success and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and oversee the development of scalable, high-availability MERN stack applications to ensure robust performance for global client projects.

- Lead technical design discussions and code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability across the engineering team.

- Collaborate with the pre-sales team to provide technical estimates, feasibility analysis, and solution proposals that win new business and address client pain points.

- Manage direct communication with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable technical roadmaps and project milestones.

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers by fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the Chandigarh engineering hub.

- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS to ensure cost-efficiency, reliability, and seamless deployment cycles for production environments.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in building full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js with a focus on clean, modular, and performant JavaScript code.

- Proven ability to design complex, distributed systems that are highly scalable and resilient to changing business demands.

- Strong proficiency in AWS cloud services, including experience in deploying, monitoring, and scaling production-grade applications.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively.

- Experience in a pre-sales or consultative capacity, capable of contributing to technical proposals and influencing client decision-making processes.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Chandigarh, leading by example and driving team productivity through hands-on technical leadership.

- A minimum of 8 to 13 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a track record of leading high-impact technical teams.
