About the Role :
As a Product Owner on MCO's eComms Compliance team, you will own the roadmap for a new scrum team dedicated to AI feature development across our communications surveillance and archiving solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Own and manage the product backlog for AI-driven features, including risk detection, message summarization, and AI-assisted archive search.
- Translate high-level customer and business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality product increments.
- Drive product discovery and user research to deeply understand compliance professionals' workflows and pain points.
- Define success criteria for AI features and partner with data science and engineering to evaluate model performance.
- Work with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security to ensure responsible AI practices are built into each feature.
Experiences and Skills :
- 8+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role in a SaaS or enterprise B2B environment.
- Proven success managing features or products built on AI/ML capabilities.
- Experience with compliance or regulatory technology and familiarity with financial services industries.
- Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features using LLMs, NLP, RAG, or other applied machine learning systems.
- Proficient with agile tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Scrum or Kanban practices).
- Bachelor's degree required; a degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
