Role Overview :

As a Gen AI Engineer at MSS, you will be at the forefront of our AI practice, architecting and deploying advanced generative models to solve real-world business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable AI solutions. Your daily contributions will directly influence how our clients leverage large language models and agentic workflows to automate decision-making, enhance customer experiences, and drive operational efficiency across their digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines to enable context-aware, accurate responses from proprietary enterprise data.

- Develop and optimize agentic AI workflows using LangChain to automate multi-step reasoning tasks for internal and client-facing applications.

- Engineer and fine-tune deep learning models to improve performance on domain-specific tasks, ensuring high precision and relevance.

- Integrate VectorDB solutions to manage high-dimensional data, ensuring low-latency retrieval for large-scale production systems.

- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to transition AI prototypes into robust, production-grade services that meet strict reliability standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying LLM-based applications using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.

- Strong proficiency in implementing RAG architectures and managing VectorDBs such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate to support complex search and retrieval tasks.

- Hands-on experience with Deep Learning libraries and the ability to train or fine-tune models to meet specific business objectives.

- Proven ability to design Agentic AI systems that can autonomously execute complex workflows and interact with external APIs.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative, office-based environment in Bangalore.

- A solid foundation in computer science, typically evidenced by a degree in Engineering or a related quantitative field, combined with 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience.
