About the Role:

McLaren Strategic Solutions is looking for passionate Generative AI Developers to design and build cutting-edge AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, RAG architectures, and Azure AI technologies. If you are excited about building intelligent AI agents, enterprise copilots, multi-agent systems, and production-grade GenAI applications, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

- Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions

- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications using vector databases and semantic search

- Develop AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems using modern Agentic AI frameworks

- Integrate Azure OpenAI models into scalable enterprise applications

- Build intelligent copilots, chatbots, and AI assistants

- Implement indexing, chunking, embeddings, and vector search pipelines

- Develop APIs and microservices using Python/FastAPI

- Optimize LLM performance, latency, hallucination mitigation, and prompt engineering

- Collaborate with architects, business teams, and product owners to deliver AI-driven business outcomes

What We're Looking For:

- 3+ years of software development experience

- 2+ years of hands-on GenAI implementation experience

- Experience building production-grade AI solutions

- Strong understanding of LLM orchestration and AI workflows

- Experience working with cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred)

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

- Hands-on experience in Azure AI Foundry, Agentic AI, RAG, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Azure OpenAI, and Enterprise AI Solutions is highly preferred.
