Job Title : Data Scientist

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Scientist with experience in machine learning, analytics, and AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on experience in Python and SQL, and exposure to AI/ML model development and deployment.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable business insights.

- Build, train, validate, and deploy machine learning models for business use cases.

- Work with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into data science solutions.

- Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and model evaluation.

- Develop predictive and analytical models using statistical and machine learning techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business teams.

- Monitor model performance and improve model accuracy over time.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science technologies.

- Work on AI/GenAI use cases such as NLP, recommendation systems, forecasting, or automation solutions.

Required Skills :

- 3 to 10 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.

- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.

- Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.

- Experience with libraries/frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, etc.

- Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.

- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Exposure to AI/LLM/GenAI concepts such as prompt engineering, embeddings, or RAG is preferred.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP is an added advantage.

- Good understanding of data visualization and storytelling.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in product-based or enterprise environments.

- Knowledge of NLP, recommendation systems, forecasting, or experimentation/A-B testing.

- Exposure to MLOps tools and model deployment is a plus.

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
