Experience:

5+ Years (Relevant MDM Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise MDM solutions.

- Create and maintain master data models, mappings, and transformation logic.

- Experience with Semarchy xDM.

- Build data integration processes and collaborate with ETL teams for seamless data synchronization.

- Implement data quality rules, validation, and monitoring processes.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and governance teams to deliver scalable MDM solutions.

- Optimize MDM system performance and resolve data processing bottlenecks.

- Prepare technical documentation and support end users with MDM best practices.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM) implementation.

- Expertise in Data Modeling, Data Integration, and ETL processes.

- Hands-on experience with SQL (2+ years) in relational databases/data warehousing environments.

- Knowledge of Data Quality Management principles.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
