Role & responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end solutions spanning multiple systems and business capabilities across Retail and Consumer sectors.

- Work closely with account teams and industry leaders to shape and qualify Data & AI opportunities.

- Translate complex Retail/Consumer business problems into scalable Data, AI and ML solutions.

- Define solution architectures and engineering roadmaps across cloud, data platforms, AI/ML and GenAI.

- Deliver compelling, domain-focused presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Support pre-sales, solutioning, PoCs, proposals and enterprise deal closure.

- Drive PoC-to-production conversion and develop reusable solution blueprints/frameworks.

- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on their Data & AI transformation journey.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 8 - 12 years of overall experience.

- Minimum 6+ years in Business/Solution Architecture or strategic pre-sales/solutioning.

- Strong Retail / Consumer Goods / CPG domain experience.

- Strong expertise in Data Engineering, AI/ML and Solution Architecture.

- Experience designing enterprise-grade architectures across cloud and modern data platforms.

- Experience with GenAI, LLMs and AI Agents, particularly their application to business processes.

- Exposure to platforms such as Databricks and/or Snowflake.

- Cloud experience across Azure, AWS and/or GCP.

- Proven experience participating in and successfully closing enterprise Data & AI deals.

- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, presentation and communication skills.

- Experience working with Industry Verticals / Business Units / Industry Principals would be an advantage.
