What Youll Do :

- Optimize & Scale: Analyse existing systems, fix bottlenecks, and design backend solutions that scale seamlessly.

- Build Core Services: Own development of backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power EV platforms.

- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with frontend developers, product managers, and hardware engineers to deliver cohesive solutions.

- Innovate: Monitor industry trends and propose new features or improvements to stay ahead.

- Take Ownership: Lead projects end-to-end from planning to deployment when needed.

- Maintain Excellence: Ensure code quality, testing coverage, and smooth production deployments.

What Were Looking For :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Strong backend expertise in Node.js (core), PostgreSQL.

- Solid knowledge of web development lifecycle, data structures, and scalable design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud deployments.

- Strong problem-solving mindset, with a focus on efficiency and user experience.

- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead when the situation calls for it.
