Key Responsibilities :

- Lead technical architecture, solution design, and technology strategy across multiple projects.

- Drive vendor-to-internal project transitions, including code reviews, architecture assessments, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

- Make key technical decisions and establish engineering best practices, standards, and governance.

- Design scalable, secure, high-performance cloud-native applications.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Security, and Business stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and support technical growth.

- Own technical planning, estimation, risk management, and delivery execution.

- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.

- Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD, deployment strategies, monitoring, and operational excellence.

- Drive modernization initiatives, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in architecture/principal engineering roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. React.js, Next.js, TypeScript

2. Node.js, Express.js

3. MongoDB

4. REST APIs, GraphQL

- Strong knowledge of :

1. System Design and Solution Architecture

2. Microservices and Modular Monolith architectures

3. Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, Clean Architecture

4. Secure Coding Practices and OWASP standards

Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

- Experience with :

1. Azure Services, Containers, Kubernetes (preferred)

2. CI/CD pipelines, DevOps collaboration

3. Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum methodologies

4. Git branching strategies and release management

5. Monitoring, Logging, Incident Management, RCA
