About the Company :

We are hiring for a senior leadership opportunity with a well-established industrial manufacturing organization undergoing large-scale digital transformation initiatives across its manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead digital transformation across manufacturing plants

- Drive initiatives in Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, IIoT, MES, SCADA, automation, and plant connectivity.

- Partner with operations, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve quality assurance / control, productivity, OEE, traceability, and cost efficiency

- Build integrated manufacturing systems connecting shopfloor to ERP/enterprise platforms

- Co-Lead cybersecurity, infrastructure, and OT governance for plant environments

- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies including AI/analytics for manufacturing excellence

- Manage technology vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams

- Develop long-term manufacturing technology roadmap aligned with business growth

Ideal Profile :

- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing technology / operations IT within automotive or industrial manufacturing

- Strong exposure to plant automation, MES, OT infrastructure, ERP integration, and industrial cybersecurity

- Experience managing multi-plant environments and large transformation programs

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability

- Engineering background preferred; exposure to lean manufacturing and operational excellence is a plus
