About the Role :

MantraCare is looking for a Full Stack Developer to build, maintain, and enhance web and mobile applications for its digital healthcare and wellness platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills and hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, APIs, databases, and responsive UI development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain frontend and backend applications.

- Build responsive user interfaces and robust backend services.

- Design and implement REST APIs and manage databases.

- Work with product managers and development teams to deliver new features.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

- Implement security and data-protection measures.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation.

- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other technical team members.

Required Skills :

- 2 - 5 years of relevant full-stack development experience.

- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, React Native, or similar frameworks.

- Backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.

- Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL.

- Experience building web/mobile applications and APIs.

- Understanding of responsive design, UI/UX, debugging, and application security.

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product environment.

- Familiarity with Git and web-server technologies.
