What You'll Do :

- Design/develop firmware for MCU/MPU (120MHz1GHz)

- Implement UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet/TCP-IP

- Memory optimization & performance tuning

- Debug complex issues & root cause analysis

- Lead firmware team, mentor juniors, code reviews

Must-Have Skills :

- Embedded C/C++ (strong)

- MCU/MPU platforms

- Serial protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN)

- Ethernet & TCP-IP stack

- Memory management

- RTOS knowledge

- Debugging & problem-solving

Good to Have :

- ARM Cortex

- Embedded Linux

- Bootloaders, device drivers

- Biometric/POS/IoT experience

- Leadership

- Team handling & technical deliverables

- Project planning & technical decisions
