Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Embedded Firmware Engineer specializing in microprocessor-based embedded systems to design, implement, and optimize firmware for our next-generation hardware platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of low-level programming, real time constraints, hardware interfaces, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and debug firmware for microprocessor-based systems (TI, NXP, Qualcomm etc.).

- Develop peripheral drivers and interfaces for Linux-based systems.

- Implement and maintain RTOS-based and/or Linux firmware architectures.

- Collaborate with hardware, software, and QA to define system specifications and integration strategies.

- Perform firmware bring-up, validation, and debugging using hardware diagnostic tools.

- Optimize firmware for power efficiency, performance, and reliability.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design notes, flowcharts, and test reports.

- Support production, testing, and field deployment of embedded systems.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics or related field.

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development.

- Experience with embedded development tools (Linux, Keil, IAR, MPLAB, STM32CubeIDE, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of microprocessor architectures, memory management, and interrupt handling.

- Experience working with RTOS (FreeRTOS, ThreadX, etc.) or real-time firmware systems.

- Understanding of schematics and hardware debugging.
