Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Saviynt Manager to lead the design, implementation, governance, and operational management of Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. The role will be responsible for technical leadership, solution delivery, platform governance, and managing teams and stakeholders across Saviynt initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and administration of Saviynt IGA solutions.

- Define and implement identity governance strategies, processes, workflows, and access controls using Saviynt.

- Drive Saviynt implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and platform optimization.

- Manage identity lifecycle, access requests, approvals, provisioning, de-provisioning, certifications, and segregation of duties (SoD) processes.

- Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications, directories, HR systems, and other identity platforms.

- Lead platform governance, security, compliance, and operational processes.

- Oversee incident management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex Saviynt issues.

- Establish standards, best practices, and controls for Saviynt development and administration.

- Lead technical teams, allocate work, mentor team members, and ensure timely delivery of projects and operational activities.

- Work closely with security, IAM, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

- Manage project planning, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.

- Support audits and compliance requirements related to identity governance and access management.

- Identify opportunities to automate and improve identity governance processes and platform efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10 - 15 years of overall IT/IAM experience.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA.

- 3+ years of experience in technical leadership or managerial roles.

- Strong expertise in Saviynt configuration, workflows, access governance, provisioning, certifications, and SoD.

- Experience integrating Saviynt with enterprise applications, directories, HR systems, and other IAM technologies.

- Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), IAM processes, and access management.

- Experience with Saviynt implementation, customization, upgrades, troubleshooting, and platform administration.

- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and identity governance controls.

- Proven experience managing and mentoring technical teams.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
