Job Description :

We are seeking a Manager - Network Operations (NOC) to lead a mission-critical Network Operations Center supporting large-scale enterprise network services. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, lead major incident response, and shape the future of managed network services.

This is a long-term Contract-to-Hire (C2H) opportunity with strong potential for conversion to a full-time leadership position based on performance.

Manager - Network Operations (NOC)

Experience : 7-10 Y | C2H | Remote | Quick Starter

Shift : US Overlap Shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM IST)

Scope : Lead Enterprise Network Operations. Drive Service Excellence. Build High-Performing Teams.

Team Management : Mandatory experience managing 10+ team members for at least 3 years.

Leadership Experience :

- 7- 10 years of overall Network Operations experience.

- Minimum 3+ years managing teams of 10+ engineers/analysts.

- Proven experience leading enterprise NOC or Network Operations teams.

Technical Expertise :

- Routing & Switching

- Enterprise Network Infrastructure

- Network Security & Firewall Operations

- Telecommunications & Circuit Management

- Network Performance Monitoring

- Incident & Problem Management

Strong Experience With :

- Cisco Meraki

- Palo Alto Firewalls

- Palo Alto Panorama

- Network Troubleshooting

- Vendor Management

- Major Incident Management

- Customer & Stakeholder Communication

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow

- NNMi or similar Network Monitoring Platforms

- Cisco Firepower

- Wireshark

- Packet Capture & Traffic Analysis Tools

- Retail or Multi-Branch Enterprise Network Environments

- Point-of-Sale (POS) / Payment Infrastructure Support

- Telephony & Circuit Support Experience

Certifications :

- CCNA (Required / Strongly Preferred)

- Palo Alto Networks Certification

- Additional Networking or Security Certifications are a plus
