People Manager role - 50%, technically - 50%.

What we're looking for :

- Splunk Enterprise Management, SIEM Manager, Monitoring and Observability, Platform engineering, Infrastructure domain

- Good to have: Cyber Security - detection and Defence, Safety protocols

- Tech stack: SIEM tools (security information event management), Splunk is mandate, Linux OS exp, knowledge into networking, information security.

Role Overview :

- The Enterprise System Management Manager joins the Enterprise System Management team to lead, plan, engineer, implement, and support global infrastructure monitoring, data aggregation, and performance management systems.

- This role requires a deep technical foundation across core technology principles and infrastructure domains.

- The manager will proactively collaborate with IT and Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to embed cyber threat detection, prevention, and security best practices into enterprise technology, core platforms, and business systems.

- Additionally, the role involves managing multiple concurrent, time-sensitive projects with cross-functional dependencies, as well as leading, mentoring, and upskilling team members across internal technologies.
