Manager - Generative AI

Experience : 6+ years (with at least 2 years of hands-on Generative AI project delivery and a solid foundation in Data Science, ML Engineering, or Data Engineering)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver end-to-end Generative AI projects, from requirement gathering and solution design to deployment and post-production optimization.

- Design, build, and deploy multi-agent AI systems, enabling parallel and coordinated agent workflows for complex use cases.

- Work hands-on with Agentic AI frameworks, including LangGraph, LangChain, and other orchestration tools.

- Develop and maintain AI applications using Core Python, ensuring clean, scalable, and production-ready code.

- Implement LLM-based solutions, including RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and vector database integrations.

- Deploy and manage AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Ensure model scalability, performance optimization, monitoring, and security compliance in production environments.

- Collaborate closely with data science, engineering, product, and business teams to align AI solutions with business goals.

- Act as a technical point of contact (POC) for client discussions and solution walkthroughs.

- Mentor and guide junior team members on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and best engineering practices.

- Drive adoption of MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

- Act as the primary client POC, managing conversations, gathering requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Represent the organization in client meetings, demos, and industry forums as a thought leader.

Requirements :

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or AI Engineering roles.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering Generative AI projects in production.

- Strong proficiency in Core Python for AI/ML development.

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI & LLMs, Agentic AI and multi-agent systems, Lang Graph, Lang Chain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, RAG pipelines and vector databases.

- Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Solid understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD, and monitoring for AI systems.

- Strong problem-solving and solutioning skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

- Demonstrated ability to act as a client POC, managing conversations and relationships effectively.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related discipline preferred.
