About the Role :

We are looking for a Data Governance professional with strong expertise in data quality frameworks, governance controls, and enterprise monitoring mechanisms for Customer 360 data products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Establish end-to-end data quality frameworks for Customer 360 platforms

- Implement and operationalize data quality and alerting tools

- Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms for monitoring data quality

- Define control checks, thresholds, and monitoring standards

- Drive visibility into data issues, trends, and remediation priorities

- Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams for issue resolution and governance improvements

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks

- Experience with enterprise monitoring and alerting tools

- Dashboarding and reporting expertise

- Knowledge of critical data element monitoring and validation mechanisms

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Good to Have :

- Experience in Customer 360 platforms

- Exposure to data risk governance and enterprise data controls

- Understanding of enterprise data ecosystems
