Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Saviynt IGA professional to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration solutions.

The role will involve technical leadership, stakeholder management, solution architecture, and delivery across complex Saviynt implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) solutions.

- Design and implement user lifecycle management, access governance, role management, entitlement management, and access certifications.

- Configure and customize Saviynt workflows, business rules, REST APIs, plugins, and connectors.

- Design integrations with enterprise applications and platforms including Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, LDAP, databases, and cloud applications.

- Develop and maintain custom connectors, APIs, reports, and analytics within Saviynt.

- Design and manage access request, approval, provisioning, and certification workflows.

- Implement RBAC and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls in line with security and compliance requirements.

- Troubleshoot complex issues related to provisioning, entitlements, workflows, integrations, and application connectivity.

- Lead post-implementation support, enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, security teams, application owners, and technology teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.

- Ensure solutions meet audit, compliance, security, and governance requirements.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Saviynt development and implementation teams.

- Lead technical discussions, solution reviews, estimations, and delivery planning.

- Support client engagements, presentations, and stakeholder discussions at senior-management level.

Required Skills :

- 10-18 years of experience in IAM/IGA, with strong hands-on experience in Saviynt.

- Extensive experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).

- Strong understanding of IAM/IGA concepts, identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, and SoD.

- Hands-on experience with Saviynt workflows, rules, connectors, REST APIs, plugins, and integrations.

- Strong experience with Saviynt REST Connector, OOTB connectors, and custom connectors.

- Proficiency in Java, Groovy, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and XML.

- Experience with access certifications, entitlement management, provisioning, and approval workflows.

- Experience integrating Saviynt with enterprise applications such as AD/Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, LDAP, and cloud platforms.

- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience leading teams and delivering complex enterprise IAM/IGA programs.
