Job Title : Senior Business Analyst :

Key Responsibilities :

- KPI Analysis and Reporting : Responsible for defining, developing & communicating KPIs to the leadership and own those metrics for improving business

- Cross Functional Collaboration : Working closely with the business teams across the organization to drive data-boosted decision making

- Coding and Data Management : Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python and SQL for analysis and automate data to ensure accurate reporting

- Innovative Solutioning Approaches : Utilizing modern tools and technologies for trend prediction, sales forecasting, consumer insights which keeps us ahead of market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 3+ years of experience as a business/data analyst

- Must have proficiency in SQL, Python and BI tools

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with the business stakeholders

- Having an analytical mindset. A knack for analyzing data with a solid foundation in math and statistics.

- A strong aptitude for leveraging advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights and drive strategic decisions

- Minimum educational qualification- B.Tech, preferably from a top tier engineering college
