About the Role:

CorpCash is building India's AI-native B2B Finance Operating System. We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who thrives on building products from the ground up.

What will you get to do?

- Design, build, and continuously ship product features across the stack with a strong backend focus.

- Architect scalable backend systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS.

- Lead system design and architectural decisions for complex modules - including database modeling and third-party service integrations.

- Champion engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, technical mentorship, and continuous system optimization.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and infrastructure teams to drive end-to-end feature ownership.

Tech Stack:

- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL

- Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js

- Infrastructure: AWS or Azure, CI/CD workflows

Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years building production-grade applications with deep expertise in Node.js and backend systems.

- Proven track record designing scalable architectures, distributed systems, and high-performance APIs.

- Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL - schema design, query optimization, and indexing strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's is a plus).
