Role : Lead Full Stack Engineer

Location : Noida (WFO) / 5 days (Hybrid can be considered)

About the Role :

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who thrives on building products from the ground up and continuously shipping new features. This role is backend-heavy, requiring deep expertise in Node.js and distributed system design, while also contributing across the stack. You will architect, build, and scale core platform capabilities while staying deeply hands-on. Youll shape system design, raise the engineering bar, and mentor developers - all while consistently delivering high-quality, production-ready features.

What will you get to do :

- Design, build, and continuously ship product features across the stack with a strong backend focus.

- Architect scalable backend systems, RESTful/ GraphQL APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS.

- Lead system design and architectural decisions for complex modules - including database modeling and third-party service integrations.

- Strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, including JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js/Next.js, with hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance user interfaces.

- Champion engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, technical mentorship, and continuous system optimization.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and infrastructure teams to drive end-to-end feature ownership.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years building production-grade applications with deep expertise in Node.js and backend systems.

- Proven track record designing scalable architectures, distributed systems, and high-performance APIs.

- Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL - schema design, query optimization, and indexing strategies.

- Experience with cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD-driven development workflows.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (Masters is a plus).
