- Develop and deploy chaincode (smart contracts) using Go/Node.js, while integrating blockchain layers with backend systems via APIs and middleware.
- Architect and implement enterprise use cases across ERP and B2B systems (finance, identity, compliance) in collaboration with product teams.
- Work on consensus mechanisms, governance models, and per missioning frameworks within a permissioned blockchain environment.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance network reliability, security, and overall system performance in production environments.
- Contribute to Layer 1 architecture decisions and ecosystem growth, enabling real-world blockchain adoption.
Skills & Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in blockchain development, with strong hands-on expertise in Hyperledger Fabric network setup and management (peers, orderer's, channels, CAs)
- Strong programming skills in Golang or Node.js for chain code and backend development, with experience in API/middleware integrations.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic fundamentals.
- Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP/B2B integrations) and building production-grade blockchain solutions.
