We are hiring an experienced Magento Lead to join a leading IT company on a full-time contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Magento development and the ability to lead technical initiatives, ensure high-quality delivery, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Magento (Adobe Commerce) development projects

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable eCommerce solutions using Magento

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team

- Customize Magento themes, modules, and extensions as per business requirements

- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams for successful project delivery

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

- Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Magento development

- Strong expertise in Magento 2, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Experience with custom module development and third-party integrations

- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Magento extensions

- Familiarity with version control tools (Git)

- Understanding of performance optimization, caching, and security best practices

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
