We are hiring an experienced Magento Lead Architect to join a leading IT company on a full-time contractual basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and leading scalable eCommerce solutions using Magento (Adobe Commerce). This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and hands-on architectural experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and lead end-to-end Magento (Adobe Commerce) solutions

- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices

- Lead and mentor Magento development teams across projects

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance eCommerce platforms

- Oversee custom module development, integrations, and extensions

- Ensure performance optimization, security compliance, and code quality

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams

- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical audits

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide long-term solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in Magento / Adobe Commerce development

- Strong expertise in Magento 2 architecture, PHP, MySQL

- Hands-on experience with custom module and theme development

- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, third-party integrations, and payment gateways

- Experience with caching, indexing, and performance optimization

- Strong knowledge of security best practices and PCI compliance

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
