The Role :

We're looking for a SVP Engineering / Early-Stage CTO to own and build Madverse's technology engine. We need someone who can build the machine while the machine is running; someone who can go deep into architecture when needed, build and lead a strong engineering team, bring discipline to execution and think constantly about how technology can help Madverse scale faster without scaling complexity and headcount at the same rate.

What you'll own :

- Technology & Architecture : Own Madverse's technology strategy, evolving architecture, and build foundations that support our growing artist, release, data and transaction volumes.

- Engineering & Delivery : Build an engineering organisation that leadership and Product can trust, own engineering capacity, quality, delivery predictability and technical execution.

- Reliability, Security & Critical Systems : Ensure critical workflows around music delivery, rights, royalties and payouts are reliable, observable, secure, testable and resilient.

What we're looking for :

- Deep hands-on engineering and architecture experience.

- Proven track record of building and scaling production systems.

- Experience in building teams, not just managing them.

- Strong product and commercial instincts.

- Excited about AI-native ways of building software.
