Role Overview :

As a Partner Solutions Architect, you own competency documentation across all partnerships, including AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Anthropic, and OpenAI. You will turn project and architecture details into partner-required competency documentation and case studies. This role is a pathway to a presales architect position.

What you'll do :

- Create and maintain competency documentation across all partnerships using project details provided by the delivery team.

- Produce technical validation write-ups, architecture diagrams, and case study documentation.

- Build a working command of case studies to explain them to partner reviewers, prospects, and stakeholders.

- Use AI tools to accelerate drafting while ensuring accuracy and review-readiness.

- Maintain documentation consistency and flag gaps in project details.

- Work against fixed deadlines tied to partner program cycles.

What we're looking for :

- 2-3 years of experience in technical documentation, solutions architecture, or related roles touching AWS or modern data/AI platforms.

- Working knowledge of cloud architecture concepts and strong technical writing skills.

- Comfortable explaining technical case studies out loud for customer-facing growth.

- Familiarity with diagramming tools like draw.io or Lucidchart.

- Ability to use AI tools effectively while verifying accuracy.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
