Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in machine learning, AI architecture, data science, MLOps, cloud platforms, and production-grade model deployment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define scalable AI/ML architecture and technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design end-to-end ML solutions covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Lead architecture and technical design for predictive analytics, NLP, recommendation, GenAI, and other AI use cases.
- Evaluate ML frameworks, algorithms, platforms, and emerging AI technologies.
- Establish MLOps practices covering model versioning, deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Drive PoCs and productionization of machine learning solutions.
- Optimize models and architectures for scalability, performance, reliability, and cost.
- Define best practices for AI/ML development, security, responsible AI, and governance.
- Mentor AI/ML engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.
- Support solutioning, technical proposals, client workshops, and pre-sales activities.
Required Skills :
- 11-20 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Machine Learning Architecture.
- Strong expertise in Python and Machine Learning algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, NLP, predictive modelling, and model optimization.
- Experience with MLOps, ML pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI/ML services.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, APIs, and microservices.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases is highly desirable.
- Strong architecture, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
