Job Overview :

The Engineer II, Software Development role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications with a primary focus on front-end architecture using Angular. This position requires deep front-end expertise combined with practical back-end development experience in .NET and deployment within AWS cloud environments.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of front-end development experience and operates comfortably across the full application stack, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, performant, and cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using Angular and TypeScript

- Implement scalable front-end architectures, reusable component libraries, and state management patterns

- Collaborate with product, business and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core / .NET

- Deploy, monitor, and support applications within AWS environments

- Ensure application security standards, including authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT)

- Optimize performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices

- Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards and best practices

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across front-end and back-end layers

Requirements :

- 7+ years of experience in front-end application development using Angular and TypeScript.

- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and developing applications using .NET Core/.NET (C#).

- Experience deploying and supporting applications on AWS.

- Understanding of web security, performance optimization, and responsive design principles.

- Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferences :

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments

- Experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and CloudFront

- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, xUnit)

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments

- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
