The Role :

At LoadShare AI is becoming embedded into the way every team works. As an Applied AI Engineer, you will work at the intersection of business and AI, partnering with teams across Operations, Supply, Finance, and Growth to identify high-impact problems and build AI-driven

solutions.

You will prototype AI solutions, redesign workflows, and deploy intelligent agents that help teams work faster, smarter, and at greater scale.

Youll work closely with our central AI Platform team, who provide the infrastructure, tooling, deployment pipelines, and production support required to scale what you build. This is a rare opportunity to work on real-world applied AI problems where your solutions directly impact
national-scale logistics operations.

What Youll Do :

1. Identify and Solve High-Impact Business Problems :

- Work closely with business teams to identify operational bottlenecks where AI can create a measurable
impact by improving speed, scale, and decision quality.

- You may work on problems across :

a. Logistics operations (rider allocation, dispatch workflows, route intelligence)

b. Supply & network efficiency (forecasting, capacity planning, supply gap prediction)

c. Finance automation (fraud detection, reconciliation, invoice extraction)

d. Business intelligence (AI reporting copilots, natural language data querying)

e. Workflow agents (exception handling, internal task automation, coordination copilots)

Key responsibilities include :

- Identifying repetitive workflows suitable for AI automation

- Redesigning processes with AI + human checkpoints

- Structuring workflows for intelligent agent intervention

2. Build Rapid AI Prototypes :

- Prototype and test AI solutions using AI Coding Tools.

- Iterate basis feedback from business teams & users.

3. Deploy Production-Ready Solutions :

- Partner with the AI Platform team to scale successful pilots into live internal products by :

a. Integrating with APIs and internal systems

b. Ensuring reliability and performance

4. Build AI Agents for Business Teams :

- Create agents that can :

a. Automate repetitive tasks

b. Generate insights, detect patterns, and enable decisions

c. Trigger actions across systems

5. Monitor and Improve Live Systems

- Continuously improve deployed systems through :

a. Accuracy monitoring

b. Prompt refinement

c. KPI tracking

d. Output quality reviews

What Were Looking For

Must-Have Skills :

- 2 to 6 years of experience in analytics, engineering, consulting, or tech-adjacent roles

- Familiarity with agentic tooling MCP servers, CLI-based AI tools, and agent orchestration frameworks

- Hands-on experience of building solutions with LLMs (show us your work outputs!)

- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability

- Working knowledge of Python or SQL

- Ability to convert ambiguous business problems into practical technical solutions

- High ownership mindset with bias for action

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with APIs and automation concepts

- Familiarity with vector databases or RAG architectures

- Experience building end-to-end AI or automation projects

- Startup or operations-heavy company experience

- Understanding of ETL/data pipelines
