What You'll Do :

As an LLM / Generative AI Engineer, you'll design and develop enterprise AI solutions that enable businesses to automate complex workflows, retrieve knowledge intelligently, and build AI-powered assistants capable of reasoning, planning, and taking action.

- Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.

- Develop intelligent AI Agents with capabilities such as tool calling, workflow orchestration, memory management, guardrails, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) interactions.

- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge repositories.

- Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms using Python, REST APIs, JSON, and automation workflows.

- Engineer high-quality prompts and optimize AI systems for accuracy, reliability, latency, and performance.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions following Agile and DevOps best practices.

- Monitor and measure AI adoption, productivity improvements, quality metrics, and business value.

- Implement Responsible AI practices, governance, safety guardrails, and production monitoring.
