Linux Platform Engineer - PF Skills + Synchronization - 3 Positions

Experience : 4+ years

Location : Gurugram (onsite)

Core Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in Linux internals, including kernel architecture, memory management, driver subsystems, networking stack, process/thread management, and Linux IPC mechanisms.

- Deep understanding of cross-compilation toolchains, embedded build systems, Makefile structures, and embedded Linux toolchain workflows.

- Strong debugging and analytical skills across platform and embedded environments.

Timing & Synchronization Skills :

- Working knowledge of IEEE 1588v2 (PTP), Synchronous Ethernet (SyncE), and GPS-based clock synchronization mechanisms on embedded platforms.

- Exposure to Timing & Synchronization standards such as ITU-T and O-RAN for phase and frequency synchronization is highly desirable.

- Experience in debugging, validating, and analyzing synchronization issues across platform, network, and hardware layers is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with timing-related packet analysis, synchronization logs, and clock stability/performance monitoring is preferred.
