Job Description:

We are looking for a Linux Kernel Development Expert with strong experience in low-level embedded software development for automotive systems. The role involves Linux kernel and RTOS development, BSP, HAL/driver development, and middleware across ARM/RISC-V platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize Linux kernel and RTOS-based embedded software for automotive systems.

- Design, develop, integrate, and debug HALs, device drivers, BSPs, and middleware.

- Work on ARM and RISC-V architectures and low-level platform bring-up.

- Develop and debug IPC mechanisms, GIC, interrupts, memory, scheduling, and system-level components.

- Perform kernel-level debugging, performance analysis, fault isolation, and root-cause analysis.

- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, application, and systems teams for platform and ECU integration.

- Develop production-quality Embedded C/C++ code following automotive software development standards.

- Use Git and established development workflows for source control, code reviews, and release management.

- Ensure compliance with ASPICE and ISO 26262 development and quality processes.

- Support integration, validation, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex platform-level issues.

Required Skills:

- 5 - 8 years of overall experience in embedded software development, with strong hands-on experience in Linux Kernel development.

- Strong expertise in Linux Kernel, RTOS, HAL, BSP, and device driver development.

- Hands-on experience with ARM and/or RISC-V architectures.

- Strong understanding of IPC, GIC, interrupts, memory management, and low-level system programming.

- Strong programming skills in Embedded C/C++.

- Experience in kernel-level debugging and troubleshooting.

- Good understanding of automotive embedded systems and ECU/platform development.

- Experience with Git and software development lifecycle processes.

- Working knowledge of ASPICE and ISO 26262.

- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
