About Siera :

Siera is LeadSquared's intelligent analytics product - a powerful, self-serve BI and insights platform built for sales and marketing teams. Siera enables users to explore data, build reports, track performance, and surface actionable insights - without needing a data analyst in the loop. As we invest deeper in Siera's roadmap, we're looking for a sharp PM who can sit at the intersection of data, product, and user experience.

The Role :

As a Product Manager I for Siera, you will own key areas of the analytics product - from understanding user pain points to shipping features that make data more accessible, actionable, and delightful for our customers. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and customer success teams to drive the Siera roadmap.

This is an IC role suited for someone who has built or worked closely on analytics products and is now ready to take full product ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the product roadmap for assigned Siera modules - reports, dashboards, data exploration, or scheduled insights.

- Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand analytics use cases and pain points.

- Translate complex analytical and data requirements into crisp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Partner with engineering to drive sprint planning, feature delivery, and technical trade-off discussions.

- Define and track success metrics for shipped features; use data to continuously iterate and improve.

- Identify opportunities to simplify complex analytics workflows and make Siera more self-serve for non-technical users.

- Contribute to positioning Siera features in coordination with marketing and sales enablement.

- Stay current with analytics product trends, BI tools, and emerging AI/ML capabilities in data products.

What We're Looking For :

Experience :

- 2 - 4 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in a software engineering role working on data/analytics products.

- 1 - 2 years of product management experience - ideally as a PM or APM in a data, BI, or analytics product context.

- Hands-on exposure to building or designing analytics features : charting engines, report builders, data pipelines, dashboards, or similar.

Education :

- B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / MBA from a Tier 1 institution (IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS, top IIMs, or equivalent).

Skills & Competencies :

- Strong product thinking - ability to articulate user problems clearly and design elegant solutions.

- Technical fluency - comfortable discussing APIs, data models, SQL queries, and system architecture with engineers.

- Data literacy - can define metrics, interpret dashboards, and make decisions backed by quantitative analysis.

- Structured written communication - crisp PRDs, clear specs, and concise stakeholder updates.

- High ownership and bias for action - thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Good to Have :

- Prior experience working with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Superset.

- Exposure to CRM, sales tech, or marketing tech domains.

- Understanding of AI/ML features in analytics products - predictive analytics, anomaly detection, natural language querying.

- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
