- Define and govern design systems, component libraries, and UX standards across multiple product surfaces.
- Work closely with UX Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Architects, Data teams, and Product Managers.
- Drive product decisions for dashboards, data visualization, self-service tools, and complex enterprise interfaces.
- Balance UX improvements, feature requirements, technical feasibility, and platform scalability.
- Create wireframes and clickable prototypes using Figma to validate product concepts.
- Use analytics, experimentation, adoption funnels, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Strong experience in UX-intensive, design-driven, or platform products, including 3+ years in Product Management.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, usability, and user-centered design.
- Hands-on experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of dashboard design, data visualization, and data-rich enterprise applications.
- Experience managing product strategy and roadmaps across multiple squads.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with React, Angular, or similar frontend technologies to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience with A/B testing, feature flags, analytics, and product adoption metrics.
- Working knowledge of Agile, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Lucidchart.
- Ability to bridge UX, Product, Engineering, and Data teams and drive alignment without direct authority.
Ideal Candidate :
A strategic yet hands-on product leader who can understand users, define product direction, sketch wireframes, build prototypes, influence design standards, and drive cross-functional execution across complex enterprise platforms.
