Lead Software Engineer - .Net Technologies

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Lead .NET Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and services using Microsofts .NET framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable applications using .NET technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API).

- Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs and services.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration to ensure software quality.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and scalability.

- Maintain documentation related to software design, code, and technical specifications.

- Stay updated on emerging .NET technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

- Support deployment, monitoring, and post-release maintenance activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Proven experience 8+ in developing applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.

- Strong proficiency in C# programming language.

- Experience with ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.

- Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and writing optimized SQL queries.

- Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
