Lead Software Engineer I - Java/J2EE

Title : Lead I - Software Engineering

Experience : 5 to 7 years

Location : Navi Mumbai/ Mumbai / Bangalore

Must Have : Java SE/EE, Springboot ,Rest API

Role And Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications.

- Implement robust data access layers using JPA/Hibernate.

- Ensure backend applications meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

- Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration activities.

- Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams in an Agile development environment.

Mandatory Skills :

- 4- 8 years of professional experience in Java backend development.

- Strong expertise in Java SE/EE and Spring Boot.

- Hands-on experience in REST API design and implementation.

- Proficiency in relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).

- Familiarity with Maven or Gradle build tools.

- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.

Preferred Skills :

- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Exposure to financial services or capital markets domain.
