About the Role :

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to lead the development of secure, scalable, and robust SaaS platforms. The role involves working across backend architectures and modern frontend frameworks, driving architectural decisions, mentoring developers, and owning feature delivery from design through production deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and maintenance of mission-critical software components and drive architectural discussions and technical design reviews.

- Architect and develop microservices and distributed systems with high availability and fault tolerance.

- Own the complete feature lifecycle, from design and development to production deployment.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and messaging-based systems such as AMQP and RabbitMQ.

- Optimize relational databases such as MySQL and implement caching strategies using Redis.

- Develop responsive web applications and establish standards for reusable UI components using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.

- Improve system performance, reliability, security, and scalability.

- Drive the adoption of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development practices.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to align technical deliverables with business goals.

- Mentor developers and promote clean, efficient, maintainable code and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 8+ years of professional software development experience, particularly in full-stack development or highly integrated systems.

- Strong proficiency in Java, preferably Java 17 or 21.

- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.

- Expert understanding of data structures, algorithms, and advanced object-oriented design patterns.

- Experience designing and developing microservices and distributed systems.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, AMQP, or RabbitMQ.

- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and caching technologies such as Redis.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux-based environments, and automated CI/CD pipelines.

- Proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
