Job Description :

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Software Development Department Lead to spearhead our engineering initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of developers, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex multi-domain projects, and establishing technical excellence across the department.

About Our Projects :

- Video Analytics Platform : Leading the development of an integrated ecosystem comprising a Video Management System (VMS) and Network Management System (NMS).

- Financial Data Platform : Architecting and managing a sophisticated ETL pipeline designed for heterogeneous financial data.

- Learning Management Systems (LMS) : Driving the innovation of digital education platforms.

- Hardware-Software Communication : Directing specialized projects that require deep integration between physical hardware and software layers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Directly manage and mentor the software development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

- Define resource requirements and lead recruitment efforts.

- Take full ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle.

- Establish and refine CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure monitoring.

- Foster and iterate upon Agile project development methodologies.

Tech Stack :

- Languages/Frameworks : JavaScript (Node.js/React/Vue), Java (Spring Boot)

- Databases : PostgreSQL

- Infrastructure : Docker, Linux, Edge server deployment, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry

- Video/Streaming : FFMPEG, Gstreamer, camera integration, real-time data streaming

- Networking : TCP/UDP, HTTP, RPC

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Familiarity with financial security standards and data compliance.

- Proven track record in a managerial or lead role, with experience building and scaling engineering teams.
