About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Engineer who will be responsible for delivering end-to-end features across backend and frontend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and ReactJS, along with experience in designing scalable architectures and participating in technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Implement end-to-end features, including :

- Feature analysis and requirement understanding

- Impact analysis across systems and modules

- Database design and optimization

- Backend API development using Ruby on Rails

- Frontend UI development using ReactJS

- Bug fixing and performance improvements

- Design, build, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA

- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions

- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing

- Contribute to DevOps activities such as CI/CD, deployments, and monitoring
