Key Responsibilities :

- Strong back-end engineering foundation with a focus on Python, along with hands-on experience in full-stack development

- Acting as a hands-on technical lead by driving technical decisions, connecting backend, frontend, and data layers, and unblocking teams when requirements are incomplete or evolving

- Understanding system integrations and end-to-end flows, including UI, backend, optimization, and platform dependencies

- Collaborating with Data Science teams to translate modeling and optimization logic into backend services

- Applying engineering best practices consistently and pragmatically

- Strong understanding of cloud-based application architectures, particularly in AWS

- Working effectively with existing DevOps and CI/CD setups, including deployment flows, environment differences, and production constraints

- Designing solutions with a production-minded engineering approach for operability, monitoring, and maintainability

- Excellent communication skills to clearly document and explain technical decisions

- Producing lightweight but durable artifacts such as system or integration diagrams

Qualifications :
