Lead Python Engineer - Django/Flask

About the Role :

Were looking for a Lead Python Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable applications that power next-gen digital solutions. Youll lead by example writing clean, efficient code, architecting microservices, and mentoring teams to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable back-end systems using Python.

- Architect and manage microservices-based applications.

- Ensure clean code practices, code reviews, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Data, Frontend).

- Integrate with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) for scalability.

- Mentor junior developers and guide them on technical best practices.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical decision-making.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of Python development experience.

- Strong expertise in FastAPI / Django / Flask.

- Hands-on experience with microservices, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.

- Proficiency in SQL / NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with data pipelines / ETL frameworks.

- Familiarity with machine learning workflows.
