Lead Product Software Engineer - Full Stack Development

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Lead who will take ownership of the end-to-end technical delivery of modern full stack web applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership while actively contributing to development, architecture, innovation initiatives, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).

This role requires strong expertise in .NET (C#), ReactJS, and Microsoft Azure, along with the ability to mentor engineering teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver scalable, secure, and high performance web applications.

The candidate should be passionate about technology, engineering excellence, and driving innovation within agile product development environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Ownership :

- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of full stack web applications.

- Provide technical guidance, architecture recommendations, and engineering best practices to development teams.

- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, design reviews, and quality assurance practices.

- Take ownership of application architecture, scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Support innovation initiatives and lead the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies and business requirements.

Full Stack Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using :

1. .NET / C#

2. ASP.NET Core

3. ReactJS

4. RESTful APIs

- Build reusable frontend components and responsive user interfaces using ReactJS.

- Develop secure and high-performance backend services and APIs.

- Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.

- Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code following industry best practices.

Cloud & Azure Development :

- Design and deploy cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.

- Work with Azure services such as :

1. Azure App Services

2. Azure Functions

3. Azure DevOps

4. Azure SQL

5. Azure Storage

6. Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) (preferred)

- Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.

- Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Team Mentorship & Collaboration :

- Mentor and guide team members through technical challenges and career development.

- Collaborate closely with :

1. Product Managers

2. Solution Architects

3. QA Teams

4. DevOps Engineers

5. Business Stakeholders

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, technical discussions, and release planning.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.

Architecture & Innovation :

- Contribute to system architecture and technology roadmap discussions.

- Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools for adoption.

- Build prototypes and PoCs to validate technical feasibility and business value.

- Ensure applications follow security, scalability, and performance standards.
