About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead OBIEE Developer for our IT company. This is a full-time role for experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using PL/SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and related technologies.

- Develop, test, and deploy ETL/ELT processes to support real-time and batch data flows.

- Work with tools like OBIEE, ODI, and Oracle APEX to deliver reporting, dashboards, and data visualization solutions.

- Optimize data processing performance and implement best practices for data reliability, scalability, and integrity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data architecture, modeling, and integration strategies.

- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and tuning of high-volume transactional data systems.

- Contribute to Agile development practices under the SAFe framework, including PI planning, system demos, and retrospectives.

- Act as a mentor and technical guide for mid- and junior-level engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset:

- 7+ years of experience in data engineering within large-scale, enterprise environments.

- Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle DB, MongoDB, ETL/ELT frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience working with Oracle Business Intelligence tools (OBIEE, ODI, APEX).

- Proficiency in data modeling, data optimization techniques, and performance tuning.

- Solid understanding of data lifecycle management, data security, and governance principles.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for data storage and processing.

- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

- Ability to lead initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate in cross-functional settings.

Desired Skillset:

- Familiarity with Kafka, event-driven architecture, or streaming platforms.

- Working experience in SAFe Agile or other scaled Agile delivery models.
