Lead .Net Engineer - C# Programming

- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate front-end/back-end components.

- Drive performance optimization, code reviews, and technical best practices across the team.

- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering growth, accountability, and collaboration.

- Oversee sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery tracking to ensure timely execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical

solutions with business goals.

- Guide cloud-native development using Microsoft Azure or AWS services (e.g., Redis Cache,

Azure Search, Logic Apps).

- Own database design and optimization using T-SQL and stored procedures.

- Ensure high-quality software delivery through unit testing, CI/CD practices, and technical

documentation.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce relevant technologies and frameworks to the

team.

- Act as a technical point of contact for client interactions, solutioning, and delivery assurance.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing project deliverables.

- Expertise in ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF Core with LINQ, C#, T-SQL.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery and MVVM/MVC frameworks (Vue, Angular preferred).

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in REST API development, Git/TFS, and scalable application design.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.

- Experience in client management, stakeholder communication, and technical documentation.

- Passion for mentoring, team building, and driving engineering excellence.
